Senior Sales Negotiator
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Chesterfield office. You will manage a portfolio of instructions from initial appraisal through to completion, supported by a strong marketing and administrative team. This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected agencies in the region at an exciting stage of our growth.
Job requirements
- Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions
- Manage your own portfolio of properties from listing to completion
- Conduct viewings and provide detailed feedback to clients
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales progression process
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and solicitors
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared targets
We’ll provide
- Minimum two years' experience in residential sales
- NAEA qualification preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Local knowledge of the Derbyshire property market an advantage
