Senior Sales Negotiator

Job requirements

• Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions
• Manage your own portfolio of properties from listing to completion
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed feedback to clients
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales progression process
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and solicitors
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared targets

We'll provide

• Minimum two years' experience in residential sales
• NAEA qualification preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of the Derbyshire property market an advantage
