Lettings Negotiator

Job requirements
- Register prospective tenants and match them to available properties
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Negotiate rental offers and tenancy terms
- Prepare and issue tenancy documentation
- Liaise with landlords regarding their properties
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
We'll provide
- Previous experience in lettings or customer-facing property role
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
- Good knowledge of lettings legislation
- Strong organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
